We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Agency Partner Manager (Post-Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with digital agencies, fostering mutual growth and success. You will work closely with agency partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and integrate Noibu’s solutions with their clients and add Noibu to their service infrastructure. Your contributions will be essential to expanding Noibu’s market presence and driving our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, this is an opportunity to significantly impact a fast-growing business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage proactive partnerships with agencies using Noibu, driving mutual value for shared clients
- Develop a scalable outreach campaign to engage agencies, positioning Noibu as a key differentiator in their offerings
- Create a playbook to engage agencies when clients transition to non-partnered agencies, ensuring support for Noibu
- Collaborate with agency partners to set shared goals and success criteria, embedding Noibu into their service architecture
- Establish and lead a certification program for agencies, setting standards of expertise with Noibu’s platform and products
- Focus initially by going deep with key agencies, building foundational partnerships to increase market presence
- Collaborate with Noibu’s Customer Success team on churn risks
- Guide agencies on product updates and best practices, ensuring they confidently promote Noibu to clients
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews with agency partners to track progress and provide lines of feedback
- Work to have Noibu added to the reference architecture of agencies (e.g. Accelerator programs)
- Act as a partner escalation point for churn risks.
- Track key performance metrics, including retention / churn reduction and agency engagement.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in partnership management, ideally in ecommerce or SaaS, with a history of meeting KPIs
- Skilled in relationship management and able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Clear, impactful communicator who aligns partner goals with Noibu’s mission
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a track record of hitting targets
- Confident in leading initiatives independently and scaling partnership strategies
- Experience collaborating with agencies is a plus
