Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

    • You will have a key role in running a successful AI-first, physical world company based in Warsaw, the emerging tech hub in Europe.
    • Work very closely with the Nomagic management team to become a force multiplier - someone who enables leadership to operate at a higher level of efficiency and focus.
    • Learn how we think and make decisions, what values drive them, and apply this on a daily basis to help us scale.
    • Use your judgment to represent the management team by helping plan and manage company priorities (e.g. OKRs).
    • Prepare materials, conduct research, and offer advice for informed decision-making.
    • Manage day-to-day operations or cross-functional tasks that don't clearly fit under one department.
    • Bring, implement or recommend best practices, automation and AI in every aspect of the operations to help us scale.
    • Tackle emerging challenges, often before they escalate to the executive level.

What skills we’d like you to have:

    • Degree in business (and great interest in science) or degree in science (and business experience)
    • Strategic consulting experience is valued very highly
    • Practice with automation & AI to automate processes
    • Amazing achievements, whether in your career, sports or hobby
    • Do’er, with clear proofs of a strong drive to action
    • Very good communication skills in English
    • Strong team player and positive energy
    • Curious about many things & like to learn
    • Already have a background in business, and love to understand numbers and systems
    • Super effective in handling many tasks, small and large, which require making decisions
    • Work with people very well
    • Would like to run your own business in the future
