We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented Senior Content Marketing Specialist / Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing and the Sales team, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, coordinating webinars, and creating compelling content and assets.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

    • Task Management:
    • Organize and prioritize marketing tasks to ensure timely execution of projects.
    • Webinars:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging webinars aimed at attracting and educating our target audience
      Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop webinar content that aligns with our marketing objectives
      Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up
    • Social Media Management:
    • Grow brand awareness and engagement, track and report the results
      Create compelling social media posts, graphics, and videos that resonate with our audience and drive traffic to our website
      Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments
    • Sales Team Presentations:
    • Design visually appealing and persuasive presentations to support the sales team in their efforts to acquire and retain clients
      Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and tailor presentations to effectively communicate key messages and value propositions
    • Client Giveaways Management:
    • Oversee the management of our top-tier client giveaways, which include customized Lego sets of our products at different robot stations
      Coordinate the design, production, inventory and distribution of customized Lego sets
      Work closely with the sales team to identify key clients and opportunities for giveaway initiatives, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives
      Measure the impact and effectiveness of the giveaways through feedback analysis and metrics tracking

What skills we’d like you to have:

    • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles with a focus on webinar management, social media, and presentation development
    • Self-motivated team player with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
    • Proficiency in webinar platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, GoToWebinar), and presentation software (e.g., GoogleSlides, PowerPoint, Keynote).
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with a sound knowledge of designing banners for Social Media and at least basic video editing skills
    • Fluent English, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with proficiency and ease  - is a MUST 
    • Experience in SalesForce or comparable CRM is a plus
    • German language proficiency is a plus
