At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We are looking for a Teach Lead Manager who’s ready to deep dive into the hard problems of physical manipulation (trying to match with software the millions of years of development leading to the human hand + eye) and at the same time build a healthy team.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Building modular and expandable control system for the robot actions that can be easily adapted to multiple customer use-cases
- Leading a team of amazing engineers and shaping the company culture
- Using data to build heuristics for handling different categories of items
- Detecting anomalies, e.g. using a combination of signals to determine if a robot picked more than one item at once or if one item is disassembling
- Smart placing, tetris-like algorithms for real products
- Interfaces and APIs for integration with warehouse management systems
What skills we’d like you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven leadership skills, team-leading experience (at work or beyond)
- Great problem solving and proficiency in one of the modern programing languages (we use Python)
- Experience in designing complex, multilevel software systems
- Fluent communication in English
