Notabene is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive demand, enhance lead generation, and significantly boost sales revenues.
What you'll be doing
- Demand Generation Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with the Notabene’s sales goals and targets new customer acquisition.Implement targeted marketing programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.
- Campaign Management and Execution:Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing techniques such as email marketing, content marketing, webinars, paid advertising, SEO, and social media.Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback from sales teams to maximize effectiveness and ROI.Lead Management:Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing.Develop and refine lead qualification processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales cycle.
- Performance Metrics and Analytics:Establish, track, and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI for all demand generation activities.Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and make adjustments to campaigns in real-time.
- Collaborative Teamwork:Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.Partner with other members of the marketing team, including contractors, to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.Market Research and Trends:Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation and cryptocurrency.Conduct market research to understand potential customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demand generation role within a B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading demand-generation strategies and marketing campaigns that yielded significant sales results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is preferred.
