The Community You Will Join
When you join Onehouse, you're joining a team of passionate professionals tackling the deeply technical challenges of building a 2-sided engineering product. As a part of the early growth and marketing team in a category-defining, well-funded SaaS startup, you will have the opportunity to own our entire end to end content pipeline. You will work alongside world-class marketing, product and engineering talent, that have created industry-wide impact several times over in the data space. There is a huge surface area for growth and impact, from understanding the emerging Lakehouse technology and product landscape to building the sales strategy around a large, successful open source project. You will be challenged to deeply understand data architecture and the key role Apache Hudi plays in some of the biggest enterprises in the world, then channel that to drive our Onehouse voice and engage with a highly technical community. You will set up best management practices around blogs, white papers, social media, newsletters and more.

The Impact You Will Drive:

    • Define and execute Onehouse's content strategy to establish thought leadership and drive growth and brand awareness in the data infrastructure space.

A Typical Day:

    • Lead end-to-end content roadmap execution, from ideation to publication and distribution.
    • Create and manage our newsletter, ensuring high-quality, relevant content for our audience.
    • Drive social media strategy and execution across platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal and external content creators while maintaining consistent brand voice and technical accuracy.
    • Partner with product, product marketing and demand generation teams to ensure message alignment.
    • Edit technical content from various stakeholders, optimizing for clarity and impact.
    • Proactively identify and execute on quick-wins or opportunities to drive impact: repurposing content, reacting to industry news, etc.
    • Create and adapt content across diverse media formats including video, graphics, and interactive assets to maximize engagement and reach.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy.
    • Plan and execute content promotion strategies across channels.
    • Drive strategic content initiatives: evolve our newsletter and blog formats, establish brand voice guidelines, etc.

What You Bring to the Table:

    • 5+ years of content marketing experience in technical B2B SaaS, preferably early stage  (Series A --> Series C) in the Cloud Database, Data Analytics or Data Warehousing space.
    • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
    • Excellence in both writing and editing technical content, from short-form social to long-form articles
    • Proven track record of growing organic traffic through SEO-optimized content
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance
    • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with analytics (Google analytics), SEO (SemRush, Ahref, etc), CMS (Wordpress)  and project management tools ( Notion, Clickup, Asana etc)

-Competitive Compensation; the estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000

Pay Range Transparency
Onehouse is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The pay range(s) for this role is listed above and represents the base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are dependent upon several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, depth of transferable experience, relevant certifications and training, business needs, market demands and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Onehouse utilizes the full width of the range; the base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for equity options and the benefits listed above.
