How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?

    • Supporting the Customer Success Lead (Crypto) in managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring timely, clear, and helpful responses
    • Monitoring account usage and client activity, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities using internal tools and dashboards
    • Managing administrative tasks including email correspondence, meeting scheduling, internal notes, and client onboarding documentation
    • Supporting regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews, escalating issues where appropriate and ensuring a high standard of client communication
    •  Assisting in identifying upsell opportunities and preparing materials for client presentations, proposals, and renewals
    • Contributing to process improvement by suggesting ways to improve internal workflows and client-facing materials
    • Supporting data analysis and reporting to track performance and inform strategic decisions
    • Managing Tier 2 client relations

The ideal candidate will have the following:

    • 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, or sales) ideally within the crypto industry.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with clients at all levels
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and data platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a strong advantage
    • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Analytical mindset with an interest in interpreting client data and identifying key trends
    • Positive and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
    • Interest in digital assets, payments, and financial infrastructure
    • Team player with the flexibility to support a growing and fast-moving business
