Our Mission: Our B2B procurement platform is leading the packaging industry toward a more digital and eco-friendly future. Now, we’re expanding our impact by bringing a new SaaS product to the market, which optimizes packaging procurement and management for our customers and significantly contributes to reducing their environmental footprint.

Your Tasks
- Take a leading role in productizing sustainability insights for our internal spin-off "packa" as sustainability lead
- Work closely at eye level with our product founder as well as the MD for packa
- Dive deep into packaging sustainability research topics such as product carbon footprint (PCF) calculations, recyclability and more
- Establish a world-class research practice including streamlined processes and best practices
- Leverage your ability to research and structure information efficiently and with an eye for detail
- Learn about sustainability related needs from important players in the packaging industry
- Build the team as we scale and transition from a primarily operational role to taking on more and more managerial tasks
Your Profile
- Experience in a research heavy environment that requires structuring of complex information such as analyst / research roles in top-tier consulting, writing a PHD or other
- Execution mentality, with an intrinsic drive to achieve exceptional results
- Detail-oriented work ethic, with the ability to also understand the big picture
- Previous experience with PCF calculations or packaging sustainability are a plus
- Strong German skills and fluency in English are required
