Starting as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a team as we scale, you'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our sales organization has the knowledge, resources, and tools to effectively engage prospects and navigate complex sales cycles.

This position reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer, where you'll be instrumental in driving our continued market expansion while maintaining our reputation for excellence in the property management software space. • Build Strategic Playbooks: You will craft detailed, segment-specific sales playbooks for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise teams, incorporating proven methodologies and best practices that enable value-based selling across diverse customer profiles.
    • Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: You will partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate product updates, market insights, and competitive intelligence into impactful sales enablement resources that drive consistent messaging and enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Optimize Sales Technology: You will own and maximize our sales enablement technology stack, ensuring sales reps can quickly access the resources they need while measuring adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
    • Lead Program Innovation: You will continuously analyze performance metrics and gather feedback to refine and enhance enablement programs, creating a culture of continuous improvement that drives measurable results in sales productivity and effectiveness.

What You've Done: Enabled, Executed, Excelled 🏆

    • Strategic Content Development: You've developed comprehensive enablement frameworks including playbooks and certification programs that achieved 90%+ adoption rates and measurably improved sales performance.
    • Technology Optimization: You've managed end-to-end implementation of enablement tech stacks (Salesforce, HighSpot, Gong), driving tool adoption rates above 85% and establishing clear ROI metrics.
    • Revenue-Focused Partnership: You've collaborated with Marketing and Product teams to create enablement initiatives that directly supported achievement of revenue targets and reduced sales friction points.
