Account Executive - Hard Money Lending

Description of Role: The essential role of this position is to obtain and close hard money loan clients. This is done by:

-Calling Inbound and Outbound prospects daily to initiate conversation about project needs and potential loan origination deals
-Outbound prospecting realtors, loan officers, brokers, contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
-Complete a company provided sizer for each prospect to ensure that the speculations meet our company guidelines
-Working with your assigned processor to ensure that the client’s deal is seen from origination to closing. 
-Follow up with the client throughout the duration of the project to ensure quality customer service and to maintain a report for future deals. 
-Maintaining active engagements with prospects via luncheons, presentations, meetings, email marketing, etc.
-Assisting with the onboarding and training of new hire and partner brokers
-Assisting with constant workflow improvements and automation

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build strong client relationships with the goal of of meeting client needs and exceeding their expectations
    • Analyze clients financial situations and provide the appropriate solution
    • Succeed in a fast paced environment
    • Multitasking and excellent follow up
    • Must have excellent Written and verbal communication skills
