Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services industry.

Strong computer skills & tech savviness of CRM platforms within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to think critically, navigate obstacles, and propose solutions that align with both client & company needs.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment within real estate finance, mortgage lending, and/or financial services.
