WHAT WILL YOU DO? 
We are looking for a positive and energetic Content Operations Specialist to help onboard our merchants and set them up for success on Pelago. You will be part of the Central Operations team that looks after key operational workflows across the region. 

As an Content Operations Specialist, you will:
- Create Product Information Sheet in preparation for onboarding
- Responsible for onboarding new providers & products onto our platform
- Perform periodic audits on our product pages to ensure high quality content
- Assist with ad-hoc projects/activities relating to product content optimization

WHAT EXPERTISE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE?
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a fast paced e-commerce / operations / support environment
- Diploma from any field 
- Strong attention to detail & meticulous in nature
- Strong problem solving skills 
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills, you are great in both spoken and written English
- Team player with high level of energy and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with content management systems and tools, experience with Salesforce, Zendesk or other customer service software
