WHAT WILL YOU DO? 
You will develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will manage the Google Ads campaigns. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Execute all digital marketing Google Ads SEM campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and other KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of opportunities/improvement in funnels to drive conversion rate improvements.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate and identify actionable across end-to-end customer experience on multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Opportunity to also lead execution on Meta ads, programmatic ads, display marketing,  affiliate & email marketing campaigns as and when required.

WHAT EXPERTISE ARE MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE?
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with significant focus & experience leading and managing Google Ads SEM.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions and to report on the effectiveness and efficiency of SEM initiatives.
- Proficient in using Excel to analyse data (pivot tables, vlookup etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas, tactics, complex information clearly and persuasively.

WHAT EXPERTISE ARE GOOD TO HAVE? 
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and goal-oriented environment.
- Experience working on Meta ads or programmatic ads or display marketing or affiliate or email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Scripting & marketing automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
