Email Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture our target audience. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in email marketing best practices, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to optimize campaign performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our overall marketing objectives and drive impactful results.
*Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, designing, scheduling, testing, and optimization.
*Create compelling and engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
*Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and responsive email templates that align with our brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
*Manage and segment our email database to ensure the right messages are delivered to the right audience segments at the right time.
*Monitor key email marketing metrics and conduct A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance, deliverability, and engagement.
*Conduct thorough analysis of campaign results and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
*Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, deliverability, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
*Collaborate with the marketing automation team to integrate email marketing efforts with other marketing channels, such as social media and website.
*Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to align email marketing campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
*Monitor and maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email service provider guidelines.
*Monitor industry benchmarks and competitors' email marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
*Proven work experience of 4+ years as an Email Marketer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.
*Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability.
*Proficiency in email marketing tools, such as SendGrid, Mailmodo , or similar platforms.
*Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles for email.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive email content.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
*Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
*Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and familiarity with email service provider guidelines.
*Familiarity with privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act, and their impact on email marketing practices.
*Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

*Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
*Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
