Sales Development Representative

We’re hiring someone for a remote SDR with experience in outbound prospecting.
We’d need you to have an understanding of Pesto’s mission and brand, and reflect it in your communication to prospects.


*1-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative
*Experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting

Key Responsibilities

*Build targeted outbound prospecting accounts list - identify relevant influencers and decision makers within target organisations
*Pipeline growth by engaging right accounts and scheduling meetings with the sales team
*Qualify all marketing sourced inbound leads and ensure smooth introduction to Sales team members

Need to have

*Hands-on with email marketing, cold calling and social selling while using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, the like
*Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
*SaaS Sales background
*Excellent communication, and ability to deliver demos / engaging presentations

Nice to have

*Experience working Remote
