We're looking for a video content specialist having demonstrable video production skills with a strong portfolio - who would lead, produce, and create videos that tells our story, promotes our offerings, and enhances our brand.

*Experience as a video content lead with a solid understanding of video content cycle from ideation to distribution

*Hands on experience on audio, video & lights related equipment required to create quality content consistently

*Hands on experience on professional video editing tools such as Premiere Pro/ Final Cut Pro/ DaVinci Resolve

*Solid understanding of directing video content used for social media marketing, youtube, community building and educational purposes

*Lead video content production for Pesto across internal and external channels

*Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule as per requirements

*Establish creative direction for the company in the video domain

*Prioritise and manage multiple projects within video design specifications

*Work with freelance/ in-house video presenters, editors, graphic designers & content writers smoothly

*Shooting high quality podcasts

*Tie up with influencers for promotions

*At least 3 years of experience in video production/creation

*Creative mindset to produce and curate content leading to good traction

*Solid understanding of backend data dashboards of Youtube / Social Media channels

*Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

*Experience in creating short form content i.e reels/shorts/stories, and long form content

*Knowledge of Adobe Premiere pro, canva ,video cameras, mics etc.

*Ability to design/guide about higher CTR driven youtube thumbnails/posters

*Excellent eye for detail

*Past experience in working with content creators/ influencers/ media houses

*Great communication skills
