THE CLIFFS NOTES:

Bring your dog to work! 🐶The Boxer team is responsible for packing monthly boxes 📦 of pet care supplies and shipping them to customers (and their pets)! Our goal is to package products with quality, efficiency, and delight. In addition to packing and shipping, we look to you to jump in and help with loading & unloading delivery vehicles, thinking up opportunities to delight customers, and making every box feel special. Did we mention part of the job is getting paid to look at pet photos? 📸

• Are able to physically able to handle the demands of the warehouse

• Can lift up to 50 lbs 💪 (majority of boxes weigh less than 2lbs)

• Can stand for 8+ hours per day (average shift is 6-8 hours)

• Are a flexible team players who always ready to help and support others

• Are comfortable working in a startup environment where our product offering continues to evolve

• Is detail-oriented and multi-tasks like a pro

• Enjoy adding delight; drawing, crafting, and creating experiences for customers ✍️

• Likes making our customers’ boxes feel special (think notes, treats, tips & tricks, etc!)

• Is  an excellent communicator 📣

• Is always ready to lend a free hand when we see a teammate in need or have wrapped up our tasks before others

• We work as a team to complete packout, and other fulfillment and warehouse tasks

• We Ensure items are packed accurately 📋

• Products being handled with care to ensure the best customer experience

• Packing, sealing, and labeling boxes appropriately via color/icon matching

• A goal to pack at least 40 boxes per hour

$16 - $16 an hour
