We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as an Intern. The Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fintech, crypto, and the startup world.
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms Like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Appstore, and Google Playstore.
* Compose responses independently and follow process guidelines.
*Provide professional yet personalized experience on all interactions with the customers on Social Media.
* Work alongside dependent teams to complete unresolved issues by creating, developing, and
implementing an action plan for resolution.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non-functional issues correctly and clearly to external customers and internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrates empathy and understanding of the impact of any issues on the customer's business and responsibilities.
*Responding to users on Chat and Email.
