With excellent relationship, communication, and agile project management skills, this person will be seen as the central operating system for the team, and will serve as coordinator and communicator across programs. They will be highly detail-oriented, and responsible for setting timelines, managing resource allocation, and communicating progress updates across the team, with the ability to shift focus based on the volume of work, changing business priorities, and emerging market opportunities. They will be critical in ensuring deliverables fall within timelines, scope, and budget, and will help maintain detailed project plans that are always up-to-date and accurately reflect the status of all active projects.

About The Role

The Marketing Project Manager is the hub of Plainsight’s planning and execution activities. As a member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as designing repeatable processes that will allow for speed, agility, and efficiency. You will work with stakeholders and vendor partners.
You have an eye for detail, are passionate about establishing processes and maximizing efficiency, and always strive to take the initiative to stay one step ahead. You are a clear communicator, enjoy building relationships, and value teamwork.

What You Will Be Doing

Take ownership of internal marketing operations processes documentation and improvements
Develop project management plans for marketing campaigns and new product initiatives
Identify requirements and dependencies, and develop schedules to meet project timelines
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage the planning and execution of complex programs
Monitor day-to-day activities of projects and ensure work is progressing as planned
Coordinate with project stakeholders in order to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project lifecycle
Consistently manage expectations on realistic timelines for delivery based on overall resources available
Review department projects for completeness at submission and before design handoffRegularly assess and report on incoming and outgoing project management
Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on the scope of work and project goals
proactively identifies project risks and needed mitigation
Perform retrospectives, document learnings, and optimize processes.
Help manage digital asset management system including file tagging and uploading and maintenance
Assist with quality reviews including proofing

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

3 years of experience in marketing-related team developing programs or materials3+ years of project management experience within a corporate marketing department, creative studio or agency
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminologyProven ability to drive projects at all levels in the company – on time, on scope, on budget.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, be resourceful in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to negotiate to find common ground and compromise solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and project management systems (Monday, Jira, etc)Experience with digital asset management systems. Experience storing and tracking assetsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma

#LI-Remote This role is 100% remote. Our entire company works virtually, and often across time zones. You will be based remotely and will need to be well-versed in the use of Slack and video conferencing.
