Ponto is looking for a senior expert who will be responsible for leading the Ponto HR function and roadmap, advancing organizational design, recruiting (in-house and outsourced), employee engagement and experience, learning and development, and onboarding. A world-class organization is our core product, and the people who comprise that organization are essential to our product's success. Ponto is seeking to grow from twelve to thirty people in coming months; this role will be critical for the sustainable and rapid growth of Ponto's team.

Representative projects

    • Set organizational direction as a strategic leader, trusted partner and culture carrier, embodying and fostering an environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion through well-developed leadership, communications, team building, and influencing skills
    • Build and orchestrate HR strategies and procedures to oversee recruiting efforts, manage and care for employees, and guide Ponto's team values and employee experience
    • Advance performance management and career development at Ponto by promoting an inclusive culture that rewards and celebrates high performance and thought leadership throughout the organization
    • Architect and implement all aspects of People Operations infrastructure, systems and policies, leveraging trends, technology, and analytics to create strong and innovative practices that scale with the organization through its rapid, continued growth

You might be a good fit if you

    • Have 10+ years experience in People or HR functions, with a strong grasp of recruiting, employee engagement, business partnership, performance management, onboarding, retention, cultural advancement, and education
    • 8+ years proven experience building, managing, and developing respected and effective teams
    • Ability to influence and inspire followership, and leading teams and employees in growing and complex organizations, aligning the people strategy with the organizational goals
    • Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, clarifying common goals among diverse groups of partners, gaining consensus on an overall approach, and building a collaborative environment in which results are achieved and celebrated
