We are looking for a growth marketing leader with an analytical mindset who will be responsible for generating, managing and executing growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition,  grow our daily active users, and increase retention. You’ll create and execute the strategy to deploy the budget against new user acquisition targets, optimization, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing consumer business with an existing scale and do needle moving impact work from the ground up. Your role will be given significant autonomy and budget.

We need someone who is primarily analytical and process-oriented, with a sophisticated understanding of the tools available for instrumenting and measuring growth, A/B testing, and conversion. Ultimately, we're looking for someone with enough experience to tell us what we need to do to be successful — not someone that we assign to various marketing tasks. We are looking for a leader.

Responsibilities:

    • Build & lead all components of the growth strategy, inclusive of covering the breadth & depth of website and app conversion, performance marketing budget allocation, campaign implementation, optimization, forecasting, new platform launches, incrementally testing, and advanced measurement to determine KPIs.
    • Own all paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, display, native, CTV, affiliate marketing, and search engine optimization.
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize the funnel, produce A/B tests, articulate product positioning, and improve conversion.
    • Identify and implement new tests and tactics, while continually seeking to drive improved results on acquisition.
    • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication to the marketing team on the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5+ Years of relevant experience in user growth, performance marketing, paid marketing, and/or user acquisition. Depth of knowledge in SEO, content seeding, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and content marketing.
    • Thoughtful leader, team oriented, priority awareness, passion and sense of ownership.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to drive campaigns within set timelines and budgets.
    • Experience in managing relations with external agencies and publisher partners.
    • Scrappy, get-shit-done mentality.
    • Demonstrated interest in social media, cultural events, and mainstream media.
