We are looking for experienced skillful designer to architect brilliant user interfaces, boost our marketing efforts with dazzling branding assets and grow a decentralised community.

 

·      Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across use cases by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups for our Front-End Engineering team

·      Design powerful and story driven user interfaces and experiences in Figma in partnership with our Product Group

·      Ensure all design published is consistent, and on-brand

·      Build out design library and marketing assets in tandem with Marketing/Front-End/Operations teams

·      Visual content adapted for the various social media channels (Twitter, YouTube, Discord, Medium etc.)

·      Autonomy, autonomy, autonomy - Being able to self manage your time and present creative solutions is necessary

·      1+ years of experience and professional knowledge of Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign) and related graphic design tools

·      Proficient at scoping and estimating efforts accurately, prioritizing tasks and goals independently, and rapidly

producing deliverables

·      Experience with DeFi and Web3

·      Proficiency in applying the principles of graphic design (color, grid, hierarchy, etc)

·      Strong attention to details

·      Be able to coordinate with design team members to create a holistic final product

·      Ability to search for necessary information online and transmit it into content you produce

·      Ability to attend online calls to discuss workflow process, engineering UI/UX needs, and product necessities

·      Derivatives Knowledge

·      Crypto Derivatives Knowledge & Understanding

·      Video Software Power User (Premiere Pro or other like software)

·      Portfolio of UX projects demonstrating competencies

·      Understanding of design patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and Web
