About the role

Product Operations (Product Ops) at Qover is a strategic function designed to support our product teams by optimizing processes, tools, and data flow so that Product Managers can focus on delivering value to customers. It acts as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and business functions. As we transform from a project-led to a product-led strategy, Product Ops plays a critical and transformational role, becoming the enabler of that shift.
As our new Product Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in building this nascent function from the ground up, shaping its impact and establishing the operational excellence needed to support Qover's ambitious product vision. If you are a systems thinker, deeply analytical, and passionate about enabling high-performing product organizations, this role is for you.

Your Mission at Qover:
You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing the operational backbone of Qover's product organization. Your mission is to empower product teams with the right data, tools, processes, and knowledge to efficiently discover, deliver, and scale products that drive customer outcomes and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As Product Operations Manager, you will focus on these main duties:

Data & Customer Insights:
β—‹        Make product and customer data accessible and actionable for product teams.
β—‹        Ensure Product Managers have fast access to reliable data to make informed decisions.
β—‹        Curate and maintain product analytics, customer feedback systems, user research repositories, and behavioral data across channels to inform prioritization.
 
Outcome Focus & Performance Tracking:
β—‹        Ensure product teams are aligned on goals, OKRs, and roadmaps that drive customer outcomes.
β—‹        Focus on tracking product performance and business impact (e.g., adoption, retention, revenue).
β—‹        Build and maintain systems to track OKRs, product KPIs, and experimentation results, shifting focus from just project plans to measurable outcomes.
 
Governance & Ritual Optimization:
β—‹        Ensure that the rituals and ceremonies of the Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams are effective and continuously questioned for improvement.
β—‹        Facilitate key PDE team rituals such as PDE Leadership meetings, Monthly Demos, and Quarterly Planning.
 
Tooling & Process Optimization:
β—‹        Maintain and optimize the product management tool stack across the product lifecycle.
β—‹        Establish lightweight, scalable processes for product discovery, delivery, reporting, evangelization, and escalation.
β—‹        Identify and implement the right tooling for product discovery (e.g., Jira Discovery), detailed roadmap planning (e.g., JiraPlan), end-user feedback (e.g., NPS, CSAT, Frill), and release note communication.
 
Product Knowledge Scaling & Best Practices:
β—‹        Support product teams in establishing the right processes to deliver comprehensive product knowledge materials, enabling Product Marketing to transform them into effective sales enablement resources.
β—‹        Build and maintain centralized product knowledge about Qover's platform, processes
β—‹        Ensure new comers to the PDE team can find an up to date onboarding plan & information of Qover’s product
 
AI in Product Ops
β—‹        AI Literacy & Strategic Vision: Develop a foundational understanding of AI/ML/LLM concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
β—‹        AI as a Productivity Tool: Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance your own product ops workflow.
 
What We're Looking For:
●        2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role supporting Product teams in a technology company.
●        Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize processes and tools.
●        Strong analytical skills with experience working with product data and defining KPIs.
●        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
●        Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
●        A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and the challenges Product Managers face.
●        Proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for efficiency and enabling others.
●        Familiarity with product management tool stacks (e.g., Jira, product analytics platforms, feedback tools).
●        Master's degree in a relevant field.

Bonus Points If You Have:
●        Experience in a company transitioning from a project-led to a product-led strategy.
●        Experience with workflow automation tools or building knowledge bases.
●        Background in FinTech or InsurTech.
