Your job
Qover is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer, looking forward to being part of an ambitious entrepreneurial journey aiming at disrupting the European insurance market. Someone with a “can-do mentality”, passionate about technology, technically & digitally knowledgeable and that is looking to have fun.
By joining our team, you will
● Analyse product requirements and specifications
● Build an adequate test plan based on risk assessment and time constraints
● Create and execute automated tests via third-party tools or via internal test tools
● Review & report product defects, product usability, automated test results, and quality risks in a clear structured way
● Assure the follow-up of the product defects workflow and verify the product defect solutions
● Plan, track and report daily work and assigned tasks to your direct team manager
Your Experience
● Bachelor degree in ICT, Computer Science or equivalent in experience
● +2 years of experience in quality assurance or application testing
● Technical skills: database, scripting using TypeScript or any other programming languages such as Javascript, Java, C#, etc.
● Knowledge of software testing and automation tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
● ISTQB and/or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong asset
● You are fluent in English
