Your Job :
We are looking for an Insurance Product Manager, to manage our existing programs within the EU. Someone
with a vision, but also a “can-do mentality”, This is an exciting opportunity to join the journey of a
fast-growing scale-up with a lot of great challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
Your role and responsibilities would be to manage existing programs/products which consist in :
● Manage existing clients with relevant internal stakeholders: Questions, QBR, Renewal, Upsell
● Provide ad hoc training based on needs (internal & external)
● Internal escalation point for sales, care, claims, vertical, and complaints, on complex questions
● Onboard partners on the existing products
● Product Monitoring & Governance: Review products/processes based on applicable regulations/market standards/clients’ needs. Update/improve Insurance products. Propose corrective measures
● Be the point of contact with the risk carrier for the product you manage: Escalation point when issues; Provide QBR input on programs you manage; Execute an external audit with relevant internal stakeholders
● Analysis of program performance with relevant internal stakeholders: Loss ratio, Claims, Complaints, Conversion rate, SLA’s
● Quality review: Landing page, Flow (UW Rules, Regulatory, … ), Partners websites, Claims
● Assist insurance experts in distribution strategy
Your Experience and skills:
● You have at least 5 years of experience as an insurance product expert/manager/underwriter or
similar roles
● You have a Bachelor's in insurance or Master's in Law
● You are familiar with IDD
● Any previous experience in bill/purchase/refund protection, travel, shipping, and e-commerce, is a plus
● You take ownership and can work autonomously
● You can effectively multitask and prioritize a varied workload
● Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Dutch or French and any other language is a
plus
