Your Job:

As the Head of Partnerships, you will develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our reach. You will lead a team to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including other companies, organizations, and influencers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and strategic planning.

The job is located in Brussels- Belgium, but we are open for full or partial remote work from Europe, if you are ready to travel to our Brussels HQ for meetings, at least monthly.
 
Your Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership Development:
      Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
      Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's mission and vision.
      Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
 
Relationship Management:
      Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
      Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and deliverables.
      Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and financial viability of partnerships.
        
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
      Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate partnerships into overall business strategy.
      Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
      Provide guidance and support to teams involved in partnership implementation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
      Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
      Monitor partnership performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
      Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
      Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers and coordinators.
      Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
      Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.


Your Profile :
      7+ years of proven experience in partnership development and management within the insurance industry, with a focus on brokers and risk carriers.
      Experience working in commercial areas with a deep passion for partnership.
      Strong understanding of insurtech, trends, and market dynamics.
      Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
      Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels.
      Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
      Proficiency in contract negotiation, drafting, and management.
      Ability to travel internationally.
      Fluency in English.
