About the role
Within our project team, the Project Manager is responsible for the execution of Qover's projects, from a client implementation to a new product launch or a platform extension. The project manager will make sure that projects are implemented following the standard and values of Qover.
Main tasks and responsibilities
● You initiate the project and compose the dream team for delivery
● You define the project's scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility
● You define the tasks to be done and manage changes to the scope
● You follow up and coordinate the different teams
● You involve and manage all relevant stakeholders (client, risk carriers, partners…)
● You document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, processes, budget, and justification.
● You organise the final UAT before the launch
Your profile
● A minimum of 4 years' experience
● Strong leadership skills
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to details and technicalities
● Excellent organisational and technical skills
● Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
● Affinity with insurance is a plus
● Digital native
● Experienced with agile methodologies
● Stakeholder management, both internal as external (clients and insurers)
