About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial part in shaping the user experience and visual design of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into innovative and intuitive designs. What You'll Do
- Thrive in a small and growing startup - adapt in situations of ambiguity, demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Lead the design process from ideation to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity visual designs.
- Transform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our platform.
- Advocate for design thinking and a user-first approach across the company, ensuring that design is integral to our product development process.
What We Look For
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with experience in Payments, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, embracing a scrappy and resourceful approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your experience with product design, particularly in designing for complex systems or platforms.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
$120,000 - $180,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 -$180,000.00 annually. Salary placement will vary and factors such as prior experience and geographic location will be taken into consideration. The role is eligible for an equity grant and benefits such as health insurance, 401K, paid parental leave, generous company holidays and paid time off are also offered.
