With the launch and rapid scaling of our latest offering, Radius Agent Realty, a virtual brokerage licensed in Colorado and California, we are looking to add a dynamic and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to implement a digital marketing strategy for our brokerage and our partner agents and team leaders.

Role Description:
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be leading the charge on our paid social media advertising efforts. You will be responsible for generating interest in our brokerage from Real Estate agents and team leaders as well as for generating leads (home buyers and sellers) for our partner agents. Qualified candidates will be creative, organized, ambitious, with strong attention to detail and will have prior experience scaling a digital marketing strategy. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop and tactically execute online lead generation strategies and campaigns 
    • Drive and execute paid campaigns across major platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting
    • Partner with the rest of the marketing team to ensure smooth integration of online advertising into our overall growth strategy
    • Lead testing and optimizations on ad creatives, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing
    • Work closely with established lead generation partners of the brokerage such as Zillow and Opcity 
    • Optimize lead generation via SEO and keyword planning 

You should apply if you have:
