We’ve been remote-first since March 2020, but plan to be together for key studio and team days in our three locations in the fall of 2021.

Description:
Coordinate construction, document setup, & detailing for efficient, functional and safe interior, space projects w/ design elements incorporated to reflect company’s brand. Provide guidance on constructability, building codes, detailing, and cost of designs. Coordinate w/ other professionals, such as building contractors, to implement plans and specifications for each project. Confer with clients to determine requirements and factors that affect interior environments. Sketch preliminary design plans, sections, elevations, and details, and utilize computer- aided drawing (CAD) programs Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite to create 3-D visualizations. Select materials and ensure proper delivery, and installation of design elements. Manage commercial projects including interior fit-outs and designing creative workspaces. Review construction documents drafted by Designers and Executive Architects. Up to 20% travel with 1-2 international trips possible.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related position working in architecture or design studio, including material selections and specifications; AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization software such as 3Dsmax, SketchUp, Vray, and Enscape; furniture selections; and assisting with production of construction documents; OR master’s degree and 2 years’ experience. Must also have 2 years of client-facing communication; and 1 year utilizing Revit and coordinating with furniture dealers, including bid leveling. Must provide hand-sketching and illustration work samples.
