As a Technical Implementation Manager at Regard, you will provide technical project management support throughout customer integration and onboarding. You will work in partnership with the respective client's Customer Success Manager and Provider Success Manager to execute strategies to support the overall health of the account. These strategies include timely execution of implementation and training project plans, fostering relationships across key client stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improving onboarding and user feedback processes. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Success and work to ensure a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support the technical implementation of new and existing clients, including project planning, integration, configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-launch activities
    • Manage customer environments end-to-end, handling setup, validation, and ongoing troubleshooting of connectivity, configuration, and data integration issues
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical project communications, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and client IT teams or leadership
    • Guide clients and technical teams through FHIR integrations and clinical data mapping, offering hands-on support beyond documentation and leading weekly technical review calls
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and users to drive adoption, promote advocacy, and ensure the product’s value is communicated across stakeholders
    • Maintain deep product expertise to support user training, answer technical questions, and recommend tailored solutions that meet client needs
    • Continuously identify and improve gaps in implementation and customer success processes, contributing to the development of scalable, repeatable best practices
    • Support cross-functional initiatives and step into non-standard responsibilities as needed to ensure project and team success — from issue triage to ad-hoc team collaboration

Qualifications:

    • 4+ years professional experience in technical implementation, project management, or other relevant experience, with 1+ years in a healthcare environment
    • 1+ years of coding/scripting (e.g., Python) experience
    • Experience with PyCharm, GitLab, Jira, Excel, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
    • Basic command line proficiency in macOS terminal (zsh/bash)
    • Experience leading meetings with client stakeholders
    • Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites, as needed (25% of time)

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with hospitals and/or health systems
    • Familiarity with EMR companies such as Epic/Cerner
    • Proven ability to run data analyses to support project success tracking
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to respectfully debate ideas, take pragmatic approaches, and work hard to accomplish goals with your team
    • Passionate about learning, improving, and helping your team do the same
    • Excited about working with a nimble, small team in a dynamic startup environment

Location | Work Authorization

    • For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
    • Strong preference for candidates who are within the New York City metro area willing to work a hybrid (2 days/week) schedule from our HQ
    • Preference for candidates located within New York, Chicago and metropolitan areas on the West Coast

    • Additionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year

$100,000 - $135,000 a year
At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $135,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
