REGENT is building the seaglider; the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers. With a vehicle that never flies higher than a few meters off the water, we unlock the ability to fly twice as far as an electric aircraft, and certification by maritime authorities which will let us fly first passengers by mid-decade.

We are backed by the world’s best investors: the same investors who are behind SpaceX, Anduril, and Boom Supersonic, in addition to strategic investors like Lockheed Martin, Japan Airlines, and Hawaiian Airlines. We have over $8B in orders from some of the industry’s largest operators and are hard at work getting our full-scale, human-carrying prototype on the water next year.

REGENT is seeking a highly effective, organized, and self-motivated People & Culture (P&C) Generalist to be the administrator of programs that fall under the purview of the REGENT’s People & Culture group. Reporting to the Director of Internal Operations, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and creating the processes and automation to ensure that we are allocating appropriate resources to the continued success of each program. The right candidate is also highly data-driven and will be responsible for gathering both qualitative and quantitative feedback from REGENT employees and bringing summarized feedback and actionable suggestions to the P&C group. Qualities we are looking for are high degrees of creative problem-solving, outstanding communication skills, grit, emotional intelligence, and a thirst for learning new skills.

The P&C group is creating a learning organization at REGENT with an emphasis on a growth mindset, professional development, and diversity as crucial drivers of success. Our goal is to attract and retain top talent, give our employees the tools they need to excel in their role and ensure that the group is performing to the expected level. As a P&C Generalist, you will have a pivotal role in building the P&C from the ground up. This is a role for someone ready to jump in, build stuff, and take big risks. We are looking for a candidate who has a self-motivated attitude and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal oversight. We look forward to reading your application!
