REGENT is building the seaglider; the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers.  With a vehicle that never flies higher than a few meters off the water, we unlock the ability to fly twice as far as an electric aircraft, and certification by maritime authorities which will let us fly first passengers by mid-decade.
 
We are actively hiring passionate interns who can help us get our vehicle to market as quickly and safely as possible. We are backed by the world’s best investors: the same investors who are behind SpaceX, Palantir, Boom Supersonic, and more. We have over $8B in provisional orders from some of the industry’s largest operators and are hitting the ground running.

REGENT is seeking an Administrative Intern to assist with all administrative needs of the Office of the CEO. We are in search of a dynamic and focused professional who will spearhead various office support responsibilities and thrive in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong communication skills. A high degree of attention to detail and discretion is required for this role, as well as a knack for incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The individual will interface with all REGENT employees, across all departments and should be a self-starter with excellent “white glove” customer service skills. Reporting to the Senior Administrative Assistant and the Executive Administrative Director, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Visitor planning assistance and support services
    • Coordination and management of events
    • Maintenance of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
    • Accurate and efficient data entry
    • Effective project management support
    • Facilitation of travel arrangements
    • Comprehensive conference planning services
    • Streamlined staff communications
    • Handling of miscellaneous errands and ad hoc tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • High School diploma or equivalent; enrolled in college
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in event planning
    • Strong time management skills
    • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
    • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Bonus Points:

    • Boat captain or pilot license
