The ReachRx platform leverages A.I. to provide an intuitive search interface for practices to stay current on the latest treatments, make more informed clinical decisions, and ensure patients get on therapy as quickly and cheaply as possible.

We are revolutionizing the $60 billion dollar, primarily analog, pharmaceutical sales model by digitizing the relationship between doctors and drug manufacturers. By simplifying access to crucial pharmaceutical information, we are not only supporting physicians but improving the lives of patients.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, who are mainly Healthcare professionals and medical practices. This is an exciting opportunity to act as an advisor to our clients, inform product development, and help change the way patients are treated!

Responsibilities

    • Oversee all steps of the customer journey from onboarding to re-engagement
    • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive product adoption and customer loyalty
    • Design and distribute training materials to ensure users have full knowledge of product features
    • Monitor user behavior to identify risk factors to avoid churn and increase retention
    • Collaborate with practice sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics 
    • Handle escalations, client issues, and resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably within healthcare or medical practices
    • Experience implementing digital solutions within medical practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • People skills - must be patient, professional and able to comfortably engage on the phone and over email
    • A startup mindset (collaborative, iterate and adapt quickly)
    • Ability to travel to customers as required
    • Bachelor's Degree
$60,000 - $100,000 a year
Compensation and Benefits
ReachRx compensation consists of salary, equity and benefits.
- The expected salary range for this position is $60k-100k
- Equity - On top of this position's salary, equity will be a component of the total compensation
