Revero is seeking a senior/staff level engineer, hungry to earn an above market, equity stake, who can rapidly prototype a web app at a fast growing startup.

    • As a Full stack Software Engineer, you will build the key applications, tools, and workflows for Revero’s revolutionary value-based care offerings. While you will focus on the backend systems, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence direction across all levels of our stack as a high-growth company.

Responsibilities

    • Code and ship complex backend features and API endpoints at a high velocity, while maintaining high quality, well-structured code
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments
    • DevOps: You should be comfortable with basic cloud deployments

Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production systems.
    • Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript.
    • Experience with front-end development using React Native.
    • Has experience in both frontend and backend.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
    • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field.
    • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
    • Highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on crafting both tests and code.
    • A champion for quality in code, processes, and culture, with a growth mindset.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate ambiguity effectively.

Nice to Haves

    • Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Autopilot.
    • Experience with Terraform and DevOps.
    • Experience with GraphQL.
For this role the compensation for candidates is $150,000 - $250,000 with 0.5%-1% equity
