Revero is seeking a senior/staff level engineer, hungry to earn an above market, equity stake, who can rapidly prototype a web app at a fast growing startup.

- As a Full stack Software Engineer, you will build the key applications, tools, and workflows for Revero’s revolutionary value-based care offerings. While you will focus on the backend systems, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence direction across all levels of our stack as a high-growth company.
Responsibilities
- Code and ship complex backend features and API endpoints at a high velocity, while maintaining high quality, well-structured code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Has experience in both frontend and backend.
- Strong experience with Javascript.
- Strong experience with front-end development using React Native (ore React).
- Proficiency in Typescript
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
- Proficiency in NodeJs
- Proficiency in SQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on crafting both tests and code.
- A champion for quality in code, processes, and culture, with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
For this role the compensation for candidates is $160,000 - $220,000 with 0.5%-1.5% equity
