Revero is seeking a senior machine learning engineer, hungry to earn an above market (2-3x) equity stake, who can rapidly deploy ML models in production at a fast growing startup.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you leverage this data to build the next generation of health care by building and interpreting intelligent systems that power our product in order to scale the treatment, drive patient engagement, and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

    • Research, develop, deploy, and monitor Machine Learning models in production to improve patient engagement and outcomes at scale
    • Collaborate with software engineers in designing extensible software and infrastructure to accelerate model training, serving, and operations
    • Translate business objectives into empirical problems that can be optimized with machine learning and statistical modeling
    • Conduct exploratory analyses of users and business processes to optimize the treatment

About You

    • 4+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer deploying models in production at scale 
    • Expertise in Python’s machine learning ecosystem
    • SQL database expertise
    • Passionate about optimizing products or operations through production ML systems and exploring data to understand the user behavior and processes 
    • A champion for quality in code, processes, and culture with a growth mindset
    • Able to work independently to self-manage priorities

Nice to Haves

    • Experience deploying models as a part of a microservice 
    • Experience with tensorflow or pytorch
    • Experience with Apache Spark or Apache Beam
    • Experience in Healthcare
    • Strong communication skills
For this role the compensation for candidates is $160,000 - $185,000 with 1%- 1.75% equity
