Revero is on a mission to reverse the autoimmune diseases epidemic. Revero integrates machine learning, personalized nutrition, and virtual care to address the root causes of disease. We have helped thousands of paying customers restore their health and live disease-free, and raised over $5 million from top-tier investors such as A16Z Scout and Goodwater Capital. 

As our Head of Marketing you'll own all of Revero's marketing activity, from performance marketing to social media. We currently have over one million followers across Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, as well as an email newsletter with over 30,000 subscribers, and 100K+ website visits per month. You'll be responsible for helping us leverage these assets and building marketing team to further expand our reach.

    • Experience across a wide range of marketing channels, with deep expertise in either social media or performance marketing
    • A focus on analytics and the ability to make data driven-decisions
    • Time spent working in an early-stage environment
    • Experience in digital health
    • A track record of success driving consumer engagement and conversion
    • Willingness to get into the weeds

What You'll Do

    • Manage our full marketing stack with the support of a content marketer and social media manager
    • As Revero expands, build a high-perfoming marketing team around you
    • Prepare a marketing strategy for the launch of our product, including social media, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and ads.
    • Optimize our website and other brand assets for conversion
    • Feed insights from marketing and competitor research into our product development cycle
    • Track progress on our marketing initiatives and use the data to iterate and drive new insights

For this role the compensation for candidates is $125,000 - $185,000 with 0.5% equity
