If you refer a candidate to RevolutionParts, you could earn up to a $3000* referral bonus if they are hired and pass our ramp period!

Introduction: This Employee Referral Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between RevolutionParts, Inc. ("Company") and the referring individual ("Referrer"). By participating in the Company's Employee Referral Program ("Program"), the Referrer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Company offers this Program to eligible Referrers as an incentive to refer qualified candidates for employment. Referrer's submission of a referral through the designated channels constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and its terms. In consideration for Referrer's referral of qualified candidates in accordance with this Agreement, Company shall provide a Referral Bonus (the “Bonus”) as outlined herein.
 
Eligible Referrers:

The Employee Referral Program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
⚬ Must be a legal resident of the United States.
⚬ Cannot be a current employee of the Company or the spouse or domestic partner of a current employee.
⚬ Cannot be a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
⚬ Cannot be a former employee who has left the Company within the last two years.
⚬ Cannot be an individual under the age of 18.
⚬ Cannot be an immediate family member (defined as spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, or sibling) of a current Company employee.

Eligible Referrals:

A “Referral,” which is the act of a “Referrer” (an individual who submits a candidate's information to the Company through the Program) submitting a candidate's information to the Company, is valid only if the “Referred” (a candidate whose information is submitted to the Company by a Referrer through the Program) meets all of the following criteria:

⚬ The Referred cannot have applied for a role at the Company within the preceding 12 months.
⚬ The Referred cannot have been previously employed by the Company or be a current contractor or temporary employee engaged with the Company in any capacity.
⚬ The Referred cannot be an immediate family member (defined as spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, or sibling) of a current Company employee.

*Payment Terms:

Referral Bonuses are payable only if the Referred is hired by the Company and has successfully completed 90 days of continuous employment. The Bonus amount will be determined based on the Referred's job level at the time of hire, as outlined below:

⚬ VP level hire: $3,000
⚬ Senior-level hire (e.g., Sr. Software Engineer, Lead UX Designer): $2,000
⚬ Junior role (e.g., SDR, Recruiting Coordinator): $1,000

The Referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment information to the Company within 3 months of being notified that their Referral was successful. If the required payment details are not provided within this timeframe, the referral Bonus may be forfeited. Payments will be issued in USD via ACH or check, equivalent to being paid as an Independent Contractor. The Company is not responsible for incorrect payment details provided by the Referrer. This Bonus is taxable income, and the Referrer is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the referral Bonus. A completed W9 form will be required for the Company to issue payment. Referrals are considered void if the Referred is not hired within 12 months of the referral submission date. No Bonuses or other rewards are offered for a referral who is invited to interview but not hired.

Tax Responsibilities:

The referral Bonus is considered taxable income. As such, the Referrer is solely responsible for all tax obligations related to the referral Bonus, including:

⚬ Understanding the applicable tax laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
⚬ Accurately reporting the referral Bonus as income on their tax returns.
⚬ Timely filing all required tax forms and paying all taxes due.

The Company will provide the Referrer with a Form 1099-NEC, as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), to report the referral Bonus payments. The Referrer must complete and submit a Form W-9 to the Company before payment can be issued.
The Company is not responsible for providing tax advice and encourages Referrers to consult with a qualified tax professional for any tax-related questions or concerns.

📝 Program Guidelines:

    • To ensure the effective operation of the Employee Referral Program and to facilitate fair and transparent processing of Referrals, the following guidelines apply:
    • All Referrals must be submitted through Lever, the Company's Applicant Tracking System. Referrals submitted through other channels will not be considered valid.
    • The Company will communicate with the Referrer regarding the status of their Referral. However, the Company cannot guarantee that every Referred will be contacted or interviewed.
    • Referrers must maintain the strict confidentiality of any information shared by the Company regarding the Program or the Referred.
    • The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Employee Referral Program at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
    • Participation in the Program does not guarantee employment for the Referred. The Company retains the sole discretion in all hiring decisions.
    • The Company is not obligated to provide a reason for not hiring a referred Candidate.
    • Referrers are encouraged to consult with an attorney if they have any legal questions regarding this Agreement or the Employee Referral Program.
