As the Implementation Manager II, Aftermarket, you will be a pivotal figure in onboarding and supporting our clients in the aftermarket sector. This role involves being the primary contact post-sale, responsible for setting up and configuring client websites, adding their catalogs to various marketplaces, and crafting strategies to ensure their success. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition to our platform and to optimize their online presence and sales capabilities.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce implementation - preferably within the aftermarket sector - we cannot consider you for the role.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct kickoff calls with new clients to outline the onboarding process, expectations, and timelines
    • Configure and customize the client's eCommerce sites according to their specific needs and industry standards
    • Integrate aftermarket parts catalogs into various online marketplaces, ensuring a wide and effective product reach
    • Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each client's goals, aiming to maximize their online presence and sales potential in the aftermarket sector
    • Serve as the ongoing point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and strategic advice to ensure their long-term success on the platform
    • Liaise between clients and internal technical teams to swiftly resolve any onboarding or operational issues
    • Stay updated on industry trends, aftermarket parts standards, and e-commerce best practices to continually enhance the service and support provided to clients
    • Integrate our platform with our customers' ERP systems

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce implementation, with a specific focus on the aftermarket sector
    • Deep understanding of aftermarket parts, including components made by manufacturers other than the original manufacturer (OEM)
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and the specific requirements for selling aftermarket parts online
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and build strong, mutually supportive relationships
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills, capable of developing and executing comprehensive plans to enhance client success
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with automotive aftermarket eCommerce platforms
    • Proficiency in technology tools relevant to eCommerce, catalog management, and marketplace integration
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technical sciences, or a related field
