Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) is a high-tech security startup that delivers robotics and artificial intelligence-based solutions that empower organizations to gain new insight, solve complex security challenges, and fuel new business ideas all while reducing costs. RAD develops all their robots and software from the ground up which allows RAD to have complete control over all design elements, performance, quality, and the user-experience.

Responsibilities

    • ·         Customer Support, Response, and Training (Phone calls, emails, Microsoft Teams)
    • ·         Quality Control and Dashboard Maintenance
    • ·         Software support, testing, and implementation.
    • ·         Special projects as may be assigned from time to time (including travel)
    • ·         Support of various corporate activities
    • ·         A variety of strange, potentially difficult, and occasionally stressful miscellaneous tasks
    • ·         Travel may be required from time to time. You are required to maintain a valid passport.

Experience

    • ·         Strong communication skills- the ability to maintain communication consistently and concisely both internally with RAD, and with your clients on a scheduled basis. You will be managing different portions of different projects simultaneously, so the ability to clearly communicate is a must.
    • ·         Efficiency- Managing various projects at the same time can be difficult at times. Some projects are just starting off and you will need to reach out to contractors, manufacturing companies, and coordinate travel schedules. At other times, you may need to hop on a training call at moment’s notice to familiarize a client with our software dashboard so that they can efficiently manage their account. Being able to keep projects organized on a routine basis is key to becoming successful at RAD.
    • ·         Flexible/open mindset- Be ready to learn! RAD encompasses a multitude of hardware and software components, all of which are proprietary to RAD. You’ll need to gain a clear understanding of the RAD ecosystem and how our software interacts with our various robots.
    • ·         Team first attitude- The RAD Operations Team is an extremely close-knit group who are always learning from each other. All though you will be remote from each other, daily team calls, Microsoft Teams chats, and other various channels of communication are key to this team. Sharing knowledge is key to success here not only for your personal career growth, but for the RAD family.
