We are looking for a I.T. Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate should have experience and background with a degree in a relevant I.T field from a college or university. The role will require working within a cross disciplinary team in a production environment to sustain our manufacturing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software and network related issues.
- Configure, install, and manage corporate devices including but not limited to PCs and Android tablets.
- Manage incoming support inquires from our Ops Team.
- Balance incoming support requests and escalation, while attempting to determine root causes to
- Resolve user issues on manufacturing floor and in field.
- Assist in creating and maintaining of documentation.
- Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
- Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Follow the company process
Qualifications
- College degree in computer science or equivalent.
- CompTIA A+ certificate
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Hands on experience with Office365 environment
- Experience with PC imaging and deployment software
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging approaches.
- Basic understanding of network TCP/IP model.
- Skill in organization, analysis, time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality of support and service
- Good interpersonal skills and communication to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to small details
Preferred experience
- AC/DC low voltage power system knowledge.
- Ability to use multimeter
- PTZ CAMs configuration
- CompTIA Network+ Certificate.
