Job Summary
Rosie is looking for a growth-oriented, tech-savvy Enterprise Account Manager to manage the relationships and deliver ecommerce solutions to our clients. This role will allow you to directly support the successful implementation of our industry-leading grocery ecommerce and mobile platform to our largest grocery and wholesaler clients.
Your main responsibilities will be to deepen and widen existing relationships while renewing and expanding the products and services of Rosie with key retailers and industry partners. You will lead on-site visits, conduct scheduled check-in calls, develop thought leadership content, solve problems, and participate in retailer share groups and webinars. 
You will also be the internal voice of our clients. You will be responsible for relaying our customer's ideas and feedback to the rest of the Rosie team. You will also provide insights to our product team to give them a detailed view into our clients’ experiences with our products.
 All Enterprise Account Managers report directly to the Head of Account Management.

General Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in your assigned portfolio, from ecommerce managers through to executive-level contacts, ensuring they have a consistent, best-in-class experience in every interaction;
    • Consistent achievement of revenue targets through retention, expansion, and upsell of customers creating strong engagement and adoption of our technology;
    • Advise clients on how to effectively gain value from the Rosie platform and serve as a trusted consultant with clients to optimize their ecommerce, mobile, and Omnichannel strategy;
    • Monitor usage and product adoption, proactively contact clients to deliver coaching/training to improve their utilization;
    • Understand Rosie’s “client success” measurement system to identify at-risk clients, and identify a plan to improve their performance;
    • Schedule ongoing check in calls and help encourage your retailers to participate in Rosie-retailer engagement activities (share group calls, webinars, new feature feedback, etc.);
    • Plan and execute successful on-site retailer visits and help participate in industry events;
    • Anticipate 30-50% travel depending on the location.
    • Provide accurate and frequent documentation and feedback via Rosie’s CRM;
    • Champion the Rosie vision by helping to build and share industry thought leadership content, ecommerce best practices, and new features with our strategic clients and industry partners;
    • Advocate for product features and improvements as the voice of the customer and work cross-functionally with product and engineering to champion change;
    • Work cross-functionally with implementation, development, finance, tech support, product and marketing;
    • Work and build relationships with outside technology providers related to your accounts to help build their omnichannel, online business (primarily Wholesalers, technology partners, etc);
    • Deliver a best in class experience: Retailers should be telling positive stories about Rosie to their industry peers, colleagues, friends, and family.
    • Traveling Required.


    • Bachelor's degree or related field required;
    • Minimum 7 years of client management/ client-oriented job;
    • Minimum 5 years of executive-level client management;
    • Grocery industry experience is preferable but not required;
    • Solid project management skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
    • Experience managing relationships and book of business utilizing CRM (Zoho preferred or something similar);
    • Detail-oriented, independent worker, flexible, and interested in growing with the company.


    • Excellent ability in managing relationships and book of business utilizing CRM
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
    • Strong knowledge of Google Suite including presentations and sheets
    • Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior executives and influence the decision-making process across a large organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
    • Strong time management, decision-making, and organization skills
    • Self-starter with strong strategic thinking skills
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently pull a wide variety of data into a well-constructed and supportable analysis
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines required
