Ruby Labs Ltd (RL) is a fast-growing start-up established in London in 2018. RL operates the biggest astrology mobile app with the mission to educate people by simplifying astrology for greater awareness, and on we launched a mobile fitness app this year.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a strong and experienced User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for growth our marketing campaigns. As a user acquisition manager, you’d be responsible for launching and optimisation advertising campaigns, collaboration with Partners, testing all available features of networks, focusing on KPIs.

We’re scaling quickly, which means that the focus and responsibilities of any position can be quite dynamic – but here’s how we initially see your skills and passion coming to life at RL:


    • Purchase of traffic in the largest advertising networks in accordance with the specified KPI,
    • Launch, optimize, increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns,
    • Traffic analysis for compliance of financial and operational goals,
    • Develop strategy for advertising campaigns,
    • Collaborate with partners,
    • Hold regular meetings to coordinate workflow.

About You

    • 2+ years of experience delivering successful work in marketing and mobile user acquisition
    • Wide experience in driving Facebook, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok (other networks) campaigns
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High time management skills
    • Successful experience in user acquisition on iOS, Android, WEB
    • Flexibility to work with different analytical systems, for example Tableau

Nice to Have

    • Experience in driving user acquisition campaigns on Video networks, Pinterest, Twitter, etc
    • Analytical skills
    • Experience in creative researching and production
