Join our client's team as a Lawyer and play a vital role in creating innovative AI-based legal training solutions. We are looking for distinguished legal professionals with a strong foundation in various legal fields and a passion for clear, effective communication. This unique opportunity lets you leverage your legal expertise to shape the future of legal practice while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly explain complex laws and regulations to diverse audiences to ensure accurate understanding.
- Analyze legal outcomes, referencing precedent cases to guide best practices and decision-making.
- Collect, evaluate, and synthesize evidence, in addition to conducting interviews relevant to casework and training scenarios.
- Represent client interests in virtual court simulations and engage with regulatory bodies.
- Develop and provide legal advice, case strategies, and process improvements tailored to real-world scenarios.
- Draft, review, and refine legal documents, including contracts and wills, ensuring accuracy in legal language and compliance.
- Facilitate negotiations and settlements while upholding ethical standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating legal jargon into easily understandable language.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven listening skills and attention to detail, particularly during evidence review and client interviews.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis), case management systems, and standard office software.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent professional legal qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a role as an Attorney, General Counsel, or within a prosecutorial setting.
- Background in training, mentoring, or developing educational legal content.
- Familiarity with AI, emerging legal technologies, or legal tech platforms.
