Remote position - From Argentina or Uruguay
Ryz Labs is looking for a Mid-Level / Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client's small, fast-moving team. You’ll own key pieces of their product infrastructure, learn and transition knowledge from their engineering team, and help them evolve their tech stack to better serve families and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of core backend (Python/PostgreSQL/AWS) and frontend (TypeScript/React) components.
- Learn and document existing infrastructure to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
- Build and maintain integrations with AI APIs and low-code tools (Jotform, Webflow, Zapier, etc.).
- Partner with product and design to prototype new proof-of-concept features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and security.
- Contribute to technical decisions around stack improvements and architecture.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally across both backend and frontend.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Comfort working in small teams and taking ownership of end-to-end solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI APIs and their practical integration into products.
- Experience working with or migrating from low-code tools (Zapier, Jotform, Webflow).
- Previous experience in a startup or early-stage environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Interest in building technology that supports meaningful human experiences.
