Join our client's team as a Store Manager and AI Trainer, where your expertise in retail management and leadership will play a vital role in enhancing AI training. Use your practical experience in supervising retail sales staff to shape and refine AI models that aid store operations across various retail settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise on the daily responsibilities and challenges faced by first-line supervisors of retail sales workers.
Train, evaluate, and annotate AI models using real-world retail management scenarios to ensure high-quality and relevant outputs.
Create and review training data encompassing tasks like purchasing, budgeting, personnel management, and customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy and applicability of AI-driven solutions for retail environments.
Identify performance gaps in AI and propose actionable improvements based on your frontline supervisory experience.
Clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations in both written and verbal forms.
Uphold best practices surrounding data privacy, professional conduct, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supervising and coordinating retail sales staff in establishments or departmental settings.
Strong background in management functions, including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to document and explain complex retail scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
Expertise in store operations from roles such as Department Manager, Store Manager, or Shift Manager.
Enthusiastic about using domain expertise to advance AI technologies.
