Join our client's team as a Production Supervisor and AI Trainer, where you'll have a central role in crafting AI solutions that drive manufacturing excellence. Utilize your hands-on experience as a subject matter expert to supervise and coordinate production and operating workers, contributing to the training and refinement of advanced AI models. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert insights to enhance AI systems' ability to recognize and interpret supervisory tasks in production environments.
Analyze, annotate, and evaluate datasets, workflows, and instructions relevant to supervisory roles overseeing operators, inspectors, assemblers, and fabricators.
Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and applicability to real-world production supervision scenarios.
Assist in the creation and refinement of documentation and AI prompts, ensuring they reflect industry best practices with clarity and precision.
Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of AI-driven training materials.
Offer actionable feedback, emphasizing the nuances of direct supervision and coordination within a production context.
Promote safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency in all training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, or a similar first-line leadership role in a manufacturing or production setting.
Comprehensive understanding of direct supervision and coordination of production and operating workers, including inspectors, machine operators, assemblers, and plant/system operators.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for evaluating AI outputs and processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to learn new technologies related to AI training.
Ability to provide constructive feedback within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI, machine learning, or technology-driven process improvement projects.
Involvement in digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or production environments.
Familiarity with training, coaching, or educational roles aimed at operators or supervisors.
