Remote position within Argentina, only. Contract Length: 6 months with potential for extension

Ryz is looking for an Interaction Product Designer to join one of our valued clients—a globally recognized leader in digital sports experiences, to help shape the future of their platform by designing seamless and engaging user experiences, and to join their mobile casual games team.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how millions of players interact with their game — designing intuitive, delightful, and engaging user experiences from onboarding to core gameplay loops. You’ll collaborate with game designers, UI artists, developers, and product managers to craft fluid interactions, test concepts, and continuously refine features based on player feedback and data insights.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, prototype, and document interaction patterns for key game flows (menus, tutorials, rewards, etc.).
- Redefine current user flows and push the boundaries of how we develop creative, end-to-end experiences for our players.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to gather player insights and translate them into user-centered designs.
- Define micro-interactions that guide, reward, or provide feedback to players.
- Work closely with tech/game artists and engineers to bring interactions to life in production.
- Use data and testing to iterate on designs and improve player engagement and retention.
- Ensure consistency in interaction design across the game while pushing for creative, intuitive solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in interaction design, UX/UI design, or product design — ideally with a focus on mobile or gaming.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your interaction design process, systems thinking, and game-related work (bonus for prototypes or shipped titles).
- Familiarity with common interaction design tools (e.g., Figma, Principle, ProtoPie).
- A solid understanding of mobile usability principles and touch interfaces.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional game team and iterating quickly.
- Bonus: Experience designing for casual or hyper-casual games.
