- Has strong experience with analyzing data to identify & reduce bottlenecks

- Leads SM rituals - sprint ceremonies, manages Jira boards, spearheads release management for their assigned teams

- With guidance from lead program managers, supports with some day-to-day project management

- Can follow technical discussions and gently question given estimates where appropriate (i.e., do we really need x amount of time to do y task?)

- Skillful in setting and maintaining boundaries to help ensure tech teams stay on track and execute according to priority and timelines

- Navigates conflict diplomatically and communicates confidently with stakeholders and engineers

- Is supportive and empathetic while holding teams accountable (gentle but firm touch)

- Exhibits confidences in leading teams while remaining humble and open to new approaches
