RyzLabs is looking for a Program Manager who will be in charge of building supply for one of our portfolio companies, HipTrain - a personal training marketplace. You will be in charge of recruiting, screening, and onboarding qualified personal fitness trainers across LATAM, providing the best onboarding experience possible. You will be serving as an expert on the local market and implementing strategies to grow and engage the supply base. We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness and an excitement for building something new. We are a high-growth company looking for hyper-organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
- Create, launch and refine processes that support the services supply-side (trainer) growth.
- Use data to develop playbooks, then execute and track operational processes.
- Set a timeline, as well as milestones and goals, for your supply initiatives and show progress towards your milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Experience managing projects from end-to-end.
- Experience utilizing online tools and a deep understanding of Google’s suite of tools (Google Sheets).
- Focus on data analysis and presenting data in a digestible way to support your decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the online gig economy, like Uber or Rappi.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and successfully resolve ambiguity.
- Focus on process improvement.
- Willingness to learn, be open-minded to new ideas and different opinions, yet knowing when to stop, analyze, and reach a decision.
